Good Day and Happy Friday,
Firstly, this is the first time that I have ever done this in my 25 years as a Speech Language Pathologist, but I thought it had to be put in writing.
Secondly, I have had the pleasure of working with one of the best recruiters that I have ever had this last two weeks. Ms. Dyer called me a few weeks ago to inquire about my availability and/or interest in a Speech Language Pathologist position. I attempted to make every effort to end the phone call quickly...thinking, "another recruiter." Ms. Dyer was professional, persistent, efficient and compassionate. It was the first time that I really felt this was not just another recruiter attempting to fill a position and/or a quota. She made sure the line of communication was open and updated me so I always felt reassured and comfortable. Since that phone call, I have started a wonderful position through Protocol and she has continued to make sure that I am satisfied with the position and environment.
Finally, I look forward to a long relationship with Protocol and a recruiter that I truly have confidence in my career journey.
