 The Healthcare Services is a division of Protocol that specializes in Mid to Upper Management placements within the continuum of the Retirement, Assisted Living, Sub acute and Long-Term Care fields, home health, hospice, as well as the Behavioral and Mental Health fields. With over twenty years experience in business and recruitment, we serve our clients and executives Nationwide. Positions that we have filled: CEO, COO, Divisional and Regional positions in both operational and clinical roles, Directors of Nursing, Licensed Nursing Home Administrators, Staff Developers, Educational Consultants, Behavioral and Mental health professionals, Clinical Liaisons, IT specialists within the healthcare field, marketing and sales directors. In recent years, healthcare recruitment companies have relied heavily on Internet based search applications to source candidates. Although there are some positive uses to these tools, in 20 years of recruiting, 90% of the candidates that we have found have come through either referrals from trusted sources that we work with in the industry or through direct contact. So often, we find our aging parents or our infirmed family members forsaken and forgotten and it is left to these care givers to ensure that they continue to receive a quality of life that we all deserve.
